Will counseling be helpful to you?--
If you find yourself regularly making statements like the following, you
probably will benefit from counseling.
Personally....
- I don't like where I'm headed in life.
- I feel depressed, lonely, disconnected..
- I feel like I never measure up.
- It's hard to feel hopeful.
- I have lost interest in the things that use to bring me pleasure.
- I worry too much.
- I'm overwhelmed and can't seem to get anything accomplished.
- I feel so uncomfortable in situations that most people seem to be able
to handle.
- It's taking me too long to adjust to my new circumstances. (Such as: a
move, a death, a new job, etc.)
- No matter what I do I can't seem to control my eating.
